Monday, February 28th 2022 from 7:30pm to 9pm – TQ Monthly meeting

Our month of love continues… We had a lovely picnic for Valentine’s with perfect weather. And now we will have a fun and affirming meeting. “What is Love? Haddaway, Hallmark, Homer or Hooks… who’s right?” Participation in the discussion is optional, you can just listen. We will have fun and affirming activities too. Eat yummy food, drink yummy cafe drinks, hang with awesome people and more. The meeting will be outdoors on the pavillion unless weather is a factor, in which case we will move indoors. Look for the big Pride Progress Flag.  

Sunday-February 13th 2022 from 2pm to 5pm we are having, as promised, our “Love Picnic”. PLease bring your own picnic items to eat and a blanket. We will have a cooler with drinks. We will just hang out in nature on acres of lgbt+ owned property. We have some fun activities planned too and some warm and fuzzy stuff for VDay which we call TQ Day.  A great time and space for being completely your amazing self!

Remember the tiny TranQuility house from Listserv? Well, the owners of this adorable abode are also talented artist and have been members for quite a while. Kimberly is putting on a Gender Spectrum Portrait Project. The details are in the flyer above. Basically ,she wants to how beautiful Trans people are! At the last TransWord, several of us got to see some of the amazing portraiture that she has already completed. It was fabulous!

Christmas Day dinner Saturday, December 25th 2021 from 5pm to 7pm in a private room – After you have opened all of your amazing presents and don’t know what to do next – Enjoy an awesome and fun dinner. The atmosphere is really cool there. We look forward to seeing you. Imagine not having to cook or clean on Christmas Day evening….

Please join TranQuility for the “Winter Wonderland” party this Saturday, Saturday, December 11th 2021 from 6pm to 10pm This wonderful event is facilitated by Cecil and Coach.

We will have some super fun activities and music, a bonfire, and alternative holiday movies on the lawn in the background.

All are welcome! This is a safe, supportive,  family-friendly environment and this event is suitable for any age or interest.                                     

 Whether you are 3 or 83 you will have a blast!

The dinner menu includes:baked chicken breasts (bbq, Tuscan or plain) or veggie burger, green beans, potato salad, and Coach’s famous holiday pies (sweet potato or his Gramma’s chocolate chip & pecan chess pie)
