TDOR Transgender Day of Remembrance will be on the steps of Ciy Hall tonight. The TDOR proclamation signed by the Mayor will be read. There will be poetry and speakers honoring those that have been murdered due to trans hate. The names of the victims and where they were from will be read (we will not read the cause of death). At the end there will be time for audience members to come up on the steps and share if they would like to. It will be cold this night, but there will be hot cider and hand warmers and warm hearts too. In case of rain, TQ will be donating rain ponchos to the first 50 people. This is the most important event of the year and it is imperative that we show our support, solidarity and love by remembering those that have lost their lives.
